The Bachelor
After continuously watching The Bachelor every week each episode tends to bring me back to ideas from our lectures. A few weeks ago one one the dates the bachelor and one girl went for a hot air balloon ride, which I think is very interesting because even though this was one of the first forms of flight, it is still seen as a popular and special activity. Hot air balloons have developed over the years to be able to hold more passengers and to become a very special activity to see beautiful views from up above.

I was reminded of this class watching the Bachelor as well! People will probably always love hot air balloons, as long as you aren't afraid of heights..

ReplyDeleteI watched this episode too! I also find it very interesting how the first form of flight has now become a special recreational activity in which not everyone gets the opportunity to do. Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to try it sometime!
ReplyDeleteI saw this episode and thought of this course too and how interesting it was that the uses of hot air balloons have changed from serving a military purpose to something that is viewed as a romantic date.
